The Pan Epirotic Federation of America Convention opened today June 26th, 2009 at the Crown Plaza Hotel, at La-Guardia Airport. After the Official Blessing of the Delegates and the Convention by Fr. Koufalakis the Delegates got to business by electing Dimitris Tsoubanos as Convention President. Delegates started arriving and the process of forming the Committees began.
